Exchanges and Returns

You can request an exchange or return within 5 calendar days of receiving your product. Please ensure the following conditions are met:

• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• The product must be in its original condition, without any signs of use or consumption.
• The product must include attached labels (or protectors), manuals, and all accompanying accessories.

We do not accept exchanges for products due to incorrect sizing. We provide measurements in centimeters to help you select the correct size. According to the Consumer Protection Code - Article 18, retailers are not legally obligated to exchange products based on consumer regret regarding color, size, model, or other preferences.

IMPORTANT: Returns will not be accepted if the above conditions are not met.

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN

Send an email to mycyberbargain@gmail.com with the following information:

• Product name
• Order number
• Email registered with the purchase
• Reason for exchange or return
• VIDEO PROOF OF THE DEFECT

Once the return is confirmed, we will provide the return address and reimburse you for the product and shipping costs.

REFUND METHODS

• Credit card refund: The refund may take up to two billing cycles to appear after the payment gateway processes the return.
